Possibly the best and truly memorable stay of 3 nights. Gorgeous, exceptionally comfortable room with a nice rain shower, terrace plus a fireplace, and fine staff. Lots of different food for meals.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. That was unique and chic hotel set in resort area, adjacent to the wine bar as well as the lush greenery of the setting. In general the service was good. The pool on the premises was amazing.

it was surely a such great stay during winter time. the location was amazing - close enough to explore tuscany, gardens, and florence. there was a gourmet restaurant nearby. booked a room with magnificent views of the hills.

Loved the decor and attention to detail, it's a perfect mix of modern and traditional. The VinCafe salads are a must-try and the prepared fireplace is a great touch. Convenient location for business trips.

The location of the hotel was remote, just off a hilltop, other restaurants and a Relais Chateaux establishment. It also was to main restaurant.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff was amazing. They were so helpful in planning our itinerary and taking care of every detail. The landscape and scenery were breathtaking, and we enjoyed exploring the winery and going horseback riding. The quality of the food was outstanding, and we were impressed by the variety of activities available, such as the art and wine tour.

The property was quite large and hilly, making it difficult to walk around without transportation. The biggest letdown was the food, with the bistro being average at best and the Osteria being unappetizing.

The location of this Tuscan farmhouse is ideal, with easy access to wineries, small towns, Florence, and Cinque Terre. The Osteria restaurant offers delicious meals and great service, while the nearby gym is convenient for fitness enthusiasts. We had an unforgettable experience staying at this stunning hotel. The grounds and views are absolutely breathtaking, and the food was some of the best we've ever had. While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did have some issues with staff responsiveness and communication. It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with them, especially when we needed assistance with transportation or other requests.

Room temperature was difficult to regulate and the shower was small. the staff was not always readily available and some amenities were not well-maintained.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two restaurants, two pools, a spa, and even options for horse riding, golf. The property itself was beautifully restored, featuring a stunning vineyard and a charming little village. My room, a deluxe one-bedroom suite, was spacious and comfortable, offering a peaceful view of the hillside. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
